After working with hundreds of folks in their golden years, I’ve learned that fitness after 50-60-and 70 isn’t just a different ballgame—it’s practically a different sport! I reflect back on when I first started combining prayer with my clients’ workouts 30+ years ago, people thought I was a bit loony. Fast forward to today, and big surprise the research is finally catching up with what I witnessed firsthand all those years!
