In one of the defining experiences of my life, I rode my bicycle 3,400 miles across the United States - coast to coast in 30 days. That journey tested everything: my physical preparation, my mental resilience, and my faith. It proved to me that the body is capable of extraordinary things when the mind and spirit are aligned.
That same philosophy drives my coaching today. Whether I'm working with a 25-year-old athlete or a 65-year-old retiree, the principle is the same: build the whole person, not just the muscles.
Today I work in two areas that complement each other perfectly. As an online fitness coach, I create customized training programs for clients nationwide - programs that prioritize natural movement, functional strength, and sustainable habits. As a fitness equipment specialist through Rush Fitness Tools, I help individuals, personal trainers, physical therapy clinics, fire stations, and corporate gyms find the right equipment for their space and goals.
